MOMINTUM Showcase Center FAQs

MOMINTUM is two things. It's the interactive and immersive showcase center previewing the future of Bank of America Stadium; a first look at what's coming to 800 S. Mint Street. But it's also the rising energy building on Mint Street and throughout the Carolinas. When you visit our showcase center, you're not viewing that future from behind a rope. You're walking through it. 

MOMINTUM is for those ready to become owners of what's next: season ticket holders and suite owners who believe in the future of our teams and want to be part of that journey. Every guest becomes a participant in the MOMINTUM story, not just an observer of it.

Right now, we're prioritizing private appointments with current owners looking to relocate. If you're interested in visiting, the best way to save your spot in line is to complete our deposit process. Once received, our team will follow up to schedule your appointment. We anticipate reaching out around January 2027. 

Yes, MOMINTUM is family-friendly and welcomes guests of all ages. Given the length and interactive pace of the experience, we recommend it for children old enough to comfortably engage with a guided, walk-through format. Your Sales Representative is happy to help you plan a visit that works for your family. 

Yes. MOMINTUM is by appointment only. Schedule your visit using the booking link provided by your Sales Representative. For scheduling questions, reach out to momintum@teppersportsentertainment.com. 

No. Your visit to MOMINTUM is complimentary. This is our invitation to you, not a sales pitch behind a paywall. 

The MOMINTUM experience itself runs approximately 45 minutes. We recommend budgeting about 1 hour and 30 minutes total for your visit, which allows time before and after to meet with your Sales Representative and talk through any questions or opportunities. 

Appointments are available by reservation, beginning at 7:30 AM in 15-minute increments throughout the day. The final appointment begins at 6:00 PM. 

Yes, though hours may be limited and visits remain by appointment only. We recommend coordinating with your Sales Representative in advance to confirm availability. 

We understand delays happen and will do our best to accommodate you. That said, we strongly encourage giving yourself ample time to park and arrive for your scheduled entry, so you don't miss any part of the experience. 

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule using the link provided in your confirmation email. 

Yes. If you'd like to return, bring someone back with you, or revisit before deciding, your Sales Representative can help schedule another visit. 

MOMINTUM is located at 720 S. Church Street, Suite 340, Charlotte, NC 28202, just steps away from Bank of America Stadium. 

Yes. Complimentary valet parking is available for your visit. 

• Location: Legacy Union Parking Deck — 720 S. Church Street, Charlotte, NC 28202 

• Directions: Enter the parking garage via Church Street. Upon entering, pull a parking ticket and follow signs to the right for complimentary valet parking. Your vehicle will be parked in a reserved space for the duration of your appointment. 

• Exit: Before you leave, you'll receive a parking validation pass for a seamless exit. 

Dress how you're comfortable, from business casual to gameday gear — either feels right at home. 

Yes. MOMINTUM does not follow the stadium's clear bag policy. All guests do pass through a security checkpoint upon entry, and bags may be subject to inspection. 

Yes. MOMINTUM has been designed to meet ADA accessibility requirements. If you require additional accommodations, please reach out to momintum@teppersportsentertainment.com in advance of your visit so we can help make your experience as comfortable as possible. 

Absolutely. Many guests bring a spouse, partner, or business associate. Anyone who'd be part of the ownership conversation is welcome to join you. We recommend a maximum of 4 guests per appointment to ensure the best experience — if your group is larger, please let your Sales Representative know so we can help coordinate. 

Yes. If you're exploring a suite or partnership as a group, your Sales Representative can help coordinate a visit that works for everyone involved. 

Inside MOMINTUM, you'll get an immersive, interactive look at the future of Bank of America Stadium. This isn't a tour where you stand behind a rope. You'll walk the stadium of the future and sit in seats that don't exist yet. You're not a visitor. You're a participant. 

Very. From the moment you walk in, you're engaging directly with what's ahead: exploring, moving through spaces, and stepping into moments most people won't see until the future arrives. 

You'll see some authentic team memorabilia throughout, though the focus of MOMINTUM is what's ahead: the vision for the team and the future stadium. 

Current players and coaches are based at a separate location and won't be available to meet guests at MOMINTUM. You will, however, get an immersive look into the team, its history, and its culture. 

Much of what you'll see hasn't been shared publicly yet. We ask that guests treat their visit as a preview meant for them. 

Yes. A variety of options are available throughout the day, including coffee, soft drinks, water, snacks, and afternoon full-bar service. 

Not inside MOMINTUM itself, but the team store is just across the street at 800 S. Mint Street for official team merchandise. 

Absolutely. We encourage guests to explore ticketing opportunities during their visit. Your Sales Representative will walk you through available options and help find the right fit. 

MOMINTUM is designed to show you the future of Bank of America Stadium. Your Sales Representative will be the one to walk you through pricing, availability, and next steps, either during your visit or as a follow-up conversation. 

Your Sales Representative will follow up with you to continue the conversation, answer any remaining questions, and help you take the next step toward becoming part of MOMINTUM. 

While unexpected closures aren't anticipated, should one occur, your Sales Representative will notify you as soon as possible and work directly with you to reschedule for the next available date and time.
